Key Responsibilities

Signage Installation

Drive to properties to professionally install real estate signs, including posts and riders, according to company standards and local regulations.   

Sinage Retrieval

Timely retrieve of signs and all related equipment from properties once a home is sold or taken off the market. 

Maintenance & Inventory

Perform regular maintenance on signs and posts to keep them in excellent condition. Manage and track inventory of all signage components. 

Coordination

Communicate effectively with our real estate advisors and the administrative team regarding sign installation and retrieval schedules. 

Documentation

Keep accurate records of all installations and retrievals, including any issues encountered in the field.  

Qualifications

Experience

Previous experience in a similar field service, delivery, or general labor role is a plus.

Skills

*Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a daily route efficiently.

*Excellent communication skills.

*Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance. 

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), and work outdoors in various weather conditions. 

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle capable of transporting signs and equipment. 

Must be able to pass a background check. 

Compensation

This is a part-time, hourly position with a competitive wage. We offer a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work independently.
