PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound and outbound client phone calls, emails, and texts. Conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain client relationships. Contact clients for post-showing feedback and gather valuable insights.
Lead Management
Categorize, nurture, and assign leads to the appropriate real estate advisor.
Administrative Support
Assist with various administrative duties, including light office cleaning, organizing events, and other tasks as needed.
Coordination
Act as a liaison between our advisors, clients, and other real estate professionals by contacting listing agents and verifying reservations.
Data Entry
Utilize platforms like Zillow and other MLS tools to enter and manage client information and property data.
Qualifications
Experience
A Proven experience in a client-facing or administrative role is preferred.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
*Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Google Suite).
*Familiarity with real estate platforms like Zillow and MLS is a plus.

Compensation
This is a part-time position, with typical hours from 9:00 AM-2:00 PM or 10:00 AM-3:00 PM.
This is an hourly position with a competitive wage.
