Key Responsibilities

Licensing Preparation

Actively participate in our structured training program to prepare for and pass the real estate licensing exam. This will include self-study, group sessions, and mentorship.

Market Familiarization

Learn about the local real estate market in your surrounding areas, including property values, market trends, and neighborhood dynamics. 

Client Engagement

Practice foundational skills in client communication, including answering inquiries, providing property information, and scheduling appointments.

Shadowing

Work closely with experienced agents, observing property showings, open houses, and client meetings to gain practical, hands-on experience. 

Administrative Support

Assist with administrative tasks to understand the operational side of the business, such as data entry and managing client information. 

Qualifications

Motivation

A strong desire to pursue a career in real estate and a commitment to completing the licensing process. 

Education

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Skills

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented.

*Self-disciplined and capable of working independently.

*Tech-savvy and willing to learn new software.

Personal Attributes

A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a high level of integrity.

Compensation

Upon successful completion of the training program and obtaining a real estate license, you will transition to a full-time, commission-based REAL ESTATE ADVISOR position with uncapped earning potential.
