Key Responsibilities

Client Management 

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.

Lead Generation

Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing.

Market Expertise

Stay informed about local real estate market conditions, property values, and trends to provide accurate advice to clients.

Property Showings

Conduct property tours and open houses, effectively highlighting key features and addressing client questions.

Negotiation

Represent clients in negotiations, ensuring their best interests are protected during offers, counter-offers, and contract agreements.

Transaction Coordination

 Manage aspects of real estate transactions, from initial contact to closing, working with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals.

Administrative Tasks

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales data.

Qualifications

Licensure

 Must possess a valid real estate license in the state of PA, NJ, or NY. 

Experience

Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not required. We are open to training the right candidate.

Skills

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

*Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

*Self-motivated and able to work independently.

*Proficient in using real estate software and CRM tools.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. We offer competitive commission splits and a supportive environment that is designed to foster your success.
